Pennsylvania's approval rule is Civil Rule 2039. Who may hold a child's money is set by 20 Pa.C.S. 5101 (the $25,000 line) and 5103 (restricted savings accounts). The tolling rule is 42 Pa.C.S. 5533(b) and the deadline 5524.
