Ohio handles a child's injury settlement under R.C. 2111.18 (probate court approval and the $25,000 line), 2111.05 (what happens to the money) and 2111.131 (payments up to $5,000 a year). A person is of full age at 18 under 3109.01, and the deadline is tolled under 2305.16.
