Iowa's $50,000 line decides whether a conservator is needed

Iowa lets money due to a minor of $50,000 or less go to a custodian, trust, 529 or ABLE account or structured settlement without a conservator under Iowa Code 633.555, and lets a court order an independent attorney review of a compromise under 633.648. A minor is defined in 599.1, and the tolling rule is in 614.8.
