Wyoming Dog Bite Liability

Wyoming has no dog bite statute. Under Gannon v. Voss, an owner or harborer is liable if the owner knew of the dog's dangerous propensities, was negligent, or violated an at-large ordinance. No prior bite is required. Your own fault reduces damages and bars them only above 50%.
